Vegan food pyramid

I have been looking for a vegan food pyramid to follow for my vegan week challenge, but they all look different. I decided to pick the one I feel is the healthiest and the one that I personally want to follow. So here it is:



The reason I chose this is because it focuses the most on greens such as spinach and kale, and after that vegetables (and fruit). It doesn't contain the "vegan bread and pasta" part, which I think is great because I try to stay away from gluten as much as possible. So yeah, I will try my best to follow this - not for every meal but for my everyday intake of food.
